TARGET: Books about marshes

Dear LM_NETTERS:
Our 7-8 grade teachers are planning an integrated unit for next year.
(Isn't it great to see them planning ahead?)  The unit will focus on a
nearby marsh area, with science, social studies, art, etc. getting
involved.  The reading teacher needs some materials for the kids to read,
fiction or nonfiction, at around 7-8 grade level.
Got any good suggestions?  If I get enough replies, I'll post a hit.
