TARGET:Server horror stories needed

I serve 2 schools.  In neither is the server secure (i.e.,
locked up, hidden from view, etc.).  I am trying to convince my
administration that they need to be secured (they are in the
libraries).  Any horror stories you could share about servers
that have been tampered with would be appreciated.
