technology plans

Thanks you to everyone that responded to my quiry on technology plans. I
guess rather than technology I should have said obsolesence plans.  We have
a very extensive plan within the district for the use of technology within
our EAp document but we have no plan for managing the hardware as it
becomes more and more outdated.  That's the real problem because without
the hardware the rest just won't happen well.
