Chuck, NASA CORE (the mail-order arm of NASA) sent me a list of web sites dealing with space in general. Here are some that deal with astronomy. Astronomical pictures and animations: http://www.univ-rennesl.fr?ASTRO/astro.english.html Earth and universe: http://www.eia.brad.ac.uk/btl/ Hubble Space Telescope Images: http://www.stsci.edu/EPA/Recent.html Johnson Space Center library of pictures from missions: http://images.jsc.nasa.gov/html/home.htm Live from the Hubble Space Telescope: http://quest.arc.nasa.gov/livefrom/hst.html Magellan Project: http://newproducts.jpl.nasa.gov/magellan/mgn.html Project Galileo: http://www.jpl.nasa.gov/galileo The Nine Planets - A multimedia tour of the solar system: http://seds.lpl.arizona.edu:80/nineplanets/nineplanets/ Enjoy! Some of these have really terrific graphics (and by clicking on a small graphic, some can be enlarged to fill the entire screen).
