Tech : CTRL/ALT/DEL

Students quickly find out the the combination of CTRL/ALT/DEL will re-set a
computer, and in some cases, allow you not to re-set but go to the
"background page," the one that runs the page shown.  At the very minimum,
you have to startup the computers again.  Does anyone know how to disable
that combination (without physically removing the keys)?  Thanks.  Earl
