We also use Alexandria.  We have talked to them about the need for a
listserv and for a users group which would meet at ALA, it spite of the
fact that we volunteered to host these, we received little support.  I
think we should all write Alexandria.   If people well send me their
thoughts I will be glad to forward them on the Alexandia.
