Fee Based Services

What is your opinion of Internet Fee Based Services such as The Biology
Place; I*Earn; LabNet; Online Class and Stone Soup?

I have also seen several others advertised that for a fee offer links to
lesson plans, curriculum related sites, online projects etc.

Many teachers are attracted to these offers, seeing them as a solution to
the time consuming process of finding info. on the "web" and integrating
Internet into the curriculum.

I would be interested in starting a discussion on this topic.  I will post a
HIT if there is interest.
