With regard to the question about where to class books about the Internet:
 most of the titles I have seen (and have cataloged) are classed in 004.67,
if they deal with general issues about the Internet (how to use, access,
etc.)  If a title deals with Internet sites on a particular subject, I would
class it with the subject with (optionally) standard subdivision -0285.
