TARGET: Theodore Roosevelt & Teddy Bears

Help!  My school is a pre-kindergarten through eighth grade school.  This
month we will be celebrating Theodore Roosevelt's birthday by having our
second annual Teddy Bear Day (mostly as an aversion to Halloween).  Last
year it was a HUGE success.

I'm looking for some stories/anecdotes about Teddy Roosevelt and how the
Teddy Bear got its name.  Our students will be sharing them throughout
the month on our morning news program.
