Help Needed

Hi,
I need some help and suggestions from all of you veteran elementary media
specialists.
1.  Does anyone have any fun lesson plans that introduces the card
catalog?
2.Does anyone have any good behaviorial management techniques for classes
that can't stop talking?
3. For schools that are not automated, how do you conduct your book
exchange?
4.  How do you handle the use of computers when there are 24 kids but
only 2 computers?
5.  If anyone has any great ideas for introducing Dewey, that also
would be extremely helpful.
