TARGET: SECONDARY career guidance software

Hi, folks!
I'm back after three months and a major change in job and location -
from middle to high school, Utah to California.  So far, so very
wonderful!
We are building a brand-new high school, just opened with ca. 600
students in 9th and 10th grade.  Lots of stuff needs to be done, and
I know I will turn to your collective expertise rather frequently
during the next few months.
Here's one  for starters:  please provide input about career guidance
software, particularly 'Eureka' and 'Disovery' (sic?).
