We do laminating in the library for the teachers and
we have done it since before I took this job nine
years ago.  We use to do a lot - but then the
lamination film came out of my budget.  Then two
years ago we started charing back to the different
classes and labs the cost of the lamination film.
It was amazing how little they did when they had
to pay for it out of their budgets. Where once we
had to spend about an hour a day laminating, now
we probably do one hour a week.
