TARGET: STATE DEPARTMENTS OF EDUCATION

I am interested in finding out some certification requirements for staff
members whose husbands are in the military here in San Antonio.  I would
like to find a website that would list the various state departments of
education for the 50 states.  I could not find this information in any
book either.  Can someone help me?
