Valerie,

We use our Winnebago circulation system to keep track of signed Internet
AUP's.  A student is tagged in the system as being able to "check out"
the Internet and then actually checks out the Internet pass(es).  Not
fool proof, but livable for our high schools of about 1,200 students each.
