elementary LMS participants needed

        ATTENTION ELEMENTARY SCHOOL LIBRARY MEDIA SPECIALISTS

        My name is Pam Standhart, and I am pursuing my MLS degree in
School Media at the University at Albany in Albany, New York.

        I am currently working on my seminar paperin which I plan to
promote the advantages of flexible scheduling over fixed scheduling.  I
also wish to propose ways in which elementary school library media
specialists can implement and maintain successful flexible scheduling in
their library media programs.

        I am looking for elementary library media specialists who would
be willing to complete a questionnaire concerning the implementation and
maintenance of their own library media programs.

        ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST:

--be elementary school library media specialists

--have gone through the process of implementing a flexibly scheduled
  library media program AND still be maintaining this flexible program.


        All questionnaires will be sent via snailmail with SAS
envelopes.  I am also willing to share my research results, if requested.
