GEN: Job sharing

Do any of you have any experience in job sharing? I am interested in
hearing how you proposed it to the county, how you divided up time and
duties, salary, benefits, etc., how it worked for you, and any advice you
have to offer for someone wanting to try it. Please include the
disadvantages as well as the advantages. I will post a HIT if there is
enough interest in this topic.
