Target: Elem. Books about Glasses (for eyes)

A faculty member has suggested a glasses theme to make the children
who are wearing glasses feel more at ease.  She suggested getting
cheap children's glasses, removing the lenses and have everyone
wear glasses when they visit the library for a week.  I might also
ahve a Lion's club member come and talk about their recycle program.
..Perhaps an optician, opthmalogist visit also.  While both of
us know other books have characters who wear glasses, the only
book I could specifically recall dealing with this is *Arthur's
New Glasses*.
   Does anyone else have any other suggestions?
