My school isn't on this site, but it is on the American School Directory site: http://www.asd.com/ as are all the schools in the U.S., public, private, and Catholic, as quoted on the webpage. I first learned about this site in the February 1997 issue of Scholastic's magazine _Electronic Learning_, page 8. They would like someone from each school to volunteer as a Web site advisor for each school. It can offer e-mail addresses and individual web pages for each teacher and student. They offer templates for upkeep. "The supercomputer that IBM used for the Olympics has been put into play as the ASD server." (EL) The site is published by Computers for Education and is funded by IBM and Apple Computer with support from Vanderbilt University. This is for your information only. I have no affiliation.
