Cayman Islands--snorkeling

Friends,

Last year I received many helpful tips on snorkeling in Hawaii.  This
time we are heading for the Cayman Islands.  If you have been there and
have advice about snorkeling spots I would appreciate any input.  We have
not yet made reservations or decided which island to stay on.  My
objective is to be able to walk from my room and snorkel right from the
beach.  We do NOT scuba dive!
