computer use/software policies

Hello.  I'm a librarian at an elementary school, and we are looking for sample
policies for use of computers/software in the classroom.  We don't have a lab;
we have one or two computers in each classroom, and five in the library.  We
are networked, but would like to start checking out some of the more graphical
CD programs for use in classrooms.  Specifically, we wonder if teachers are
generally able to load programs or if a tech specialist does that; do you have
use agreements that the students sign before using computers or specific
