ELEM:List of kinds of folktales.

Dear LMNetters,

Once upon a time ago I had a list of the different types of folktales
(pourquoi, trickster, etc.) but am now unable to find it.   I would
appreciate it if someone could send me a complete list as I am starting a
fairytale-folktale unit next week. As usual, I am indebted to my wonderful
colleagues.
