MIDDLE SCHOOL BIBLIOGRAPHIC FORM

For a number of years we have used Write It as our manual for footnote
and bibliographic form when working with middle school students.   It
is now out of print and is not going to be reprinted.  Do any of you
have another title to recommend.  Recommendations should include CD-ROM
and electronic sources, since our students are increasingly using them.
