New Mexico cookie: again!

Dear Netters:  My colleague for whom I tracked down the recipe for the
New Mexico state cookie (its name escapes me) has lost it--or her daughter
did.  Now the year is drawing to a close, and all the state projects are
coming due before too long.  If you three or four who responded before would
re-respond to me, I'd greatly appreciate it.  Sorry to be such a bother, but
thanks in advance.
