TARGET: Media Retrieval Systems

I need your help one more time!  We're building a new high school and the
tech plan calls for a media retrieval system to be installed to run all the
videos, etc. from one central location.  Should I go for this or fight for
VCRs in all the classrooms (they already have TV's)?  Any stories about these
things?  Do they work dependably?  Can teachers stop the tapes from their
classrooms without running down the hall?
