AOL Users

Have any of you had the problem of trying to leave the AOL server to access
the WWW only to find out that the signal slows down to a snail's pace even
at 4:00 AM.  It cannot be busy then!  Even the scrolling bar moves slow once
a page finally loads.  Do you think this a software or modem problem.

Any help would be appreciated for a friend in need.
