Elem: email class penpal

Hi

One of my 3rd grade teachers has asked for help.  She would like to find
an class email  penpal situation.  She is especially interested ina rural
school.  The children in our school would  learn about your community and
compare it to their own.

We are a suburban/rural school outside of New Haven, CT.
