Technology competencies for media specialists?

Hello All!
        Our district is trying to identify specific technology
competencies for the library media specialists.  Our superintendent would
like to tie these competencies to the media specialist evaluation.  I
have searched the archives and the Internet, and have called neighboring
districts.  I have gathered some information, but most of what I have
found applies to all teachers, not just media specialists.  Do any of you
use or know of a list of technology competencies specifically for media
specialists?  Please reply to me directly and I will post a hit if there
is interest.  Thanks for your help!
