GEN: Information on Target Grant

Our school received a FAX this afternoon about a program for the Target
School Connection program to enroll as a Take Charge of Education
school.  The information is sketchy and the assistant principal was not
able to get many answers from Target.  Does anyone know anything about
this program and how it works?  The grant is to set up a call-in system
for parents to receive information about school activities and absences
and allows parents to receive FAXes from the school automatically about
items that are pre-set.

I would appreciate any info that anyone has, especially if you have had
experience with the program.  I have searched the web for info and have
so far come up empty handed.
