Elem: RIF promotion

Our school has been given an extra $200 grant for our RIF program. The
money is coming from the Dubuque company which has designated a certain
portion of their sales of Plumpers hot dogs to the RIF program. At our
final distribution I would like to have a reading promotion centering on
hot dogs. (Is this a little strange?!) I thought the theme could be "Hot
Dog! We love reading!" I thought maybe we could have a contest where kids
could draw dressed up hot dogs reading books or dressed up as book
characters. Do you have any creative ideas? Jokes? Poems?
