Two days ago I posted a message requesting help for my computer circulation system which wouldn't boot. I have received a wealth of information, wonderful support, and messages which are still pouring in. I've tried to write an individual thank you to everyone but I'm falling behind, so this is for everyone who has written me (past and continuing) -- THANK YOU!!! The computer is not fixed but I have good leads on the problem which seems to relate to the hardware and the operating system. Someone from our district computer department is due anyday :) and should be able to help me fix it. Many of you encouraged me to contact Follett and hope for the best. I got more than the best. They were very concerned and have been very helpful. Of course, this isn't their problem but it's nice to know they were willing to try. One lesson I've learned is how very important it is to keep those service agreements current! It's an added assurance (and insurance) no one should be without. My heartfelt thanks to each of you.
