GEN: Need author info

Stephanie Tolan's "Who's There?" is one of our state's Young Reader medal
nominees for this year. I have searched the web diligently and have found
no information on her and her publisher (William Morrow) doesn't seem to
have a website or an email listing. If you have any author info on
Stephanie Tolan, please pass it along to me. The paperback copy of the book
I purchased has no author info at all.
