Earlier I asked how to change students into next grades.

#1 Start with the highest grade.

On page 35 in the booklet, it tells how to use the "Graduate student".

Also, to change teachers for students or grade level, go to edit and
change.  You only have to put in change to teacher's name or grade.

I hope this makes sense.  Thanks for all the help.
