All Franklin High Schools

I am the library media chairman at Franklin High School in Reisterstown,
MD.  This summer I received an e-mail from a man who saw our Web page and
asked if we could help him track the owner of a class ring that he found
on a beach in California three years ago.  I've checked our yearbook and
it is not ours.  Perhaps one of you can help identify the owner.  The ring
has inscribed on it "Franklin High 1975" with the initials W.D.J.  Also,
there is a basket of lightning on the outside with what looks like the
word or letters TORO underneath.  Please e-mail me if you think you can
