I need help. I am using flexible scheduling this year and the teachers are
complaining(They have not even tried it yet!!!). I need letters of support
and explanation on how fellow media specialist have incorporated flex
scheduling in a K-5 atmosphere.  Most of the teachers have been there for
years and years and some of them even taught me when I was in school!!!! So
it is strange to me to wotk with some of these folks.
