No Subject

I've read the FAQ archives and found what's there to be useful, but I'm
still coming up a bit short in terms of convincing myself, my principal,
and staff that this is an appropriate direction for us (K-5 school). I
would appreciate some current input -- shortcomings, advantages (both for
staff and students), problems encountered and how best to deal with them,
etc.

I'm leaning toward a traditional schedule of weekly visits for K-2
involving 2 days of the week and the other 3 days to be open to anyone, but
priority given to 3-5. Any thoughts about this idea?
