School Rotation

I need some help--the pros and cons of a rotating school schedule in
elementary school libraries.  I have 4 libraries (one school I am at two days
a week). Since we miss mostly Mondays and Fridays in a school calendar
year--the district would like to change my fixed schedule (ex. Monday always
at building A, etc) to a five day rotation.  So I would always go from 1
through 5 no matter what day of the week; I would not count the days missed.
Do any of you have a schedule similiar to this??  We are meeting to discuss
this and I would like to be able to present the pros and the cons.
