GEN: Windows NT versus Windows 95 on workstations

I searched the LM_NET archives and found several helpful articles on whether
or not to use NT or 95 on my workstations but I'm still a little confused.  I
am going to be trading in Novell for Windows NT on my server and I'm not sure
what to do on my workstations.  I think from what I understand 95 is the way
to go.  Is this right? If you're doing either of these things how is it
working?  Boy, it's scary making these decisions!
