subtle knife

Subtle knife is certainly a strong book and all of my readers who love
Eddings will want this.  I feel that it does stand on its own.  Again
it is inventive in plot, the characters have a depth that is unusual
for fantasy and one cares what happens to them.  I am considering it
for VOYS's best middle school books.  It is very violent and I am very
concerned the "evil" seems to be working out to be all organized
religion.
