TARGET: LC Subject Headings and Civic Mathematics books

LM_NETTERS,
   If you have used _Subject Headings for School and Public Libraries; an
LCSH/SEARS Companion_ by Janna F. Fountain, 2nd ed. please let me know if it
would be appropriate for a Jr/Sr High Library. (The write-ups say "for
children's materials").
   Also considering _Civic Mathematics: Fundamentals in the context of social
issues_ by Terry Vatter (both are Libraries Unlimited). Does this really give
us assistance in encouraging Math teachers to use the library? Any success
stories?
