Our high school is in process of upgrading and increasing the number of my
OPAC's to ten. At the present time, because of existing electrical outlets
, I have 3 OPAC's in the center of the library and one on either side of
the entrance. With the renovations, I will have new outlets where I
determine that I need them. I am a high school with an enrollment between
500-600. I have a long library with bookshelves along the length of each
wall. I am thinking of locating the ten terminals to the right of the
entrance and in front of the circulation desk, lining 5 terminals on each
side of a long table. Is this a good plan or would you recommend
strategically locating OPAC's in other locations? I would appreciate your
suggestions as soon as possible as I must make a decision by next week
where to locate the power sources. Thanks
