This problem highlights the ephermal nature of the Web. A link may or may not work after a time. When I hit a bad link, I try tracing it from its starting point. In this case I went to the root address: http://miso.wwa.com/ . There I found the homepage for World Wide Access, an Internet Service Provider. After exploring the site, I followed a link to Personal homepages, but it was dead also. To me, this indicates that the service is doing some sort of reorganization. The next followup would be an email to the technical support address on the page explaining the problem and asking for help. Hopefully, tech support can answer the question about the site.
