TECH: Netscape printing

Dear netters:
   I know I've done this, but have forgotten how.  Would appreciate any
assistance!  When a Netscape page has a dark background and dark print,
when printing on a b&w printer, I get just black.  I know there's a way to
reverse the print so it shows up light on dark.  What's the setting to do
this??!
