A book was recommended to me but the title escaped the mind  (isn't that the
way it always goes?).  The following is a brief description....


"There is a book, the title of which escapes me unfortunately, about a young
American man who befriends a young(er) bedouin bird handler/hunter in
western Saudi. The book treats both cultures and mindsets well. The
mountainous setting and bedouin lifestyle are well presented.   I ordered
this book a few years ago when I was working in a middle school in Jeddah.
I am sorry I can't recall the title.  It might have falcon or eagle in the
title?"

Does anyone know the title?   This group has never let me down...or so I tell
my Math teacher who needs a book for her 7th grade class to tie into a unit
on Saudia Arabia.  (The social studies teacher recommended The Arabian Nights
but she wants to go beyond that.)
