Teaming Configurations-Middle School

We are currently a middle school of 6,7 and 8th grades plus an Allied
Arts Team.  We are
in process of designing a school to accommodate 4th and 5th graders as
well.  My
principal is seeking suggestions/alternatives for team configurations
that you might
have used with success or might have found did not work that would
involve 150 students
per upper level teams. Students currently have Art, Physical Education,
Health, Music,
Industrial Arts and French/Spanish although the latter is no longer a
part of the Allied
Arts rotation.
As always, times is of the essence and for that, I do apologize.  If you
can offer a
name to whom we can speak, etc., that, too would be helpful.
