ELEM, TARGET: Learning Sight Words

Dear LM_Netters:

This is the first time that I have written in requesting information.  I
have enjoyed the active discussions and ideas that I have read on this
listserv.

I am going to be helping some first grade low-readers/non-readers learn
some sight words that they should know to be able to read.  I have a list
of some of the words they should know, but I am looking for some books or
activities that they could do to help learn the words.  Please help me out
with anything that you can.  I will be happy to send the information I
gather back in the form of a HIT and to anyone else who would like to see
it.
