TARGET, GEN: Spanish speaking librarians

I want to know if someone in this list is from a Spanish speaking country
(South America, Central America or the Caribbean (Puerto Rico) and from a
Secondary School Library (7-12) or Elementary School Library (K-6).  If
this is how
it is I would like to establish direct communication for consult of
specific problems.
