TECH: Union catalog

If your district is WAN'ed, and your libraries are LAN'ed, could you tell
me how you manage your union catalog.

Do you need one these days?
Can you simply put all of the records into one program with special
locations marked in the copy records?
Do you use email to request ILL's?
