Interview questions for tech coordinator

Dear LM_Netters,

Our Technology Coordinator is leaving in a couple of weeks so, needless to
say, we're in the process of interviewing candidates for that position.  What
are the important questions that we need to ask of these candidates?  I'll
post a hit.
