Secondary Language Arts - CD ROMs

Greetings from Sheilah in Calgary.  I am working on an MLIS course from U.
of Alberta and hope you might have some suggestions for me.

Are there CD rom titles that you would recommend for use in a high school
library (network versions or for stand-alone)?  If so, on what basis would
you recommend them?  e.g., content, ease of search engines, price, etc.  The
titles I am looking for must be for a Canadian classroom and as such
American history, presidents, etc. is not relevant at this time.
