TECH: At Ease

Dear Fellow LM_NETTERS,
 Our system has just begun using At Ease on our Mac 5200s.
 Does anyone who uses AtEase and either Writing Center or
Student Writing Center have difficulty getting access to the
picture files ? Is there a trick to doing so? Please email me
directly. TIA
